With our Home Maintenance Program, we will conduct annual or bi-annual inspections on the exterior of your house and make minor repairs and corrections to ensure that you get the longest life possible out of your existing exterior finishes. After inspection, we will provide you with a copy of assessment and analysis report that will include photos along with recommendations for future actions.
A roof is vitally important to a building. It protect the contents and people inside. $180 Annual Maintenance Fee* or $290 Bi-Annual Maintenance* Fee
As part of the inspection we will:
- Clean all gutters and downspouts
- Clean debris from the roof and valleys
- Check all seals and re-seal as needed
- Check the roof condition
- Check all flashings
- Inspect entire exterior of the house
* Houses up to 3,000 sq ft - houses over 3,000 sq ft will require estimate
